This policy explains how Akkadian Corp, a Florida company ("we"), handles information in Akkadyn, a staffing schedule service for medical groups.

What we collect

Account details (name, work email, optional mobile number, and a scrambled password), your group's schedule data (shifts, requests, time off, approvals), and basic security records (sign-in times and an audit log of changes). If you turn on phone notifications, we store your device's push address.

What we don't collect

Akkadyn is not built for patient information. Please don't enter any patient or health records. We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing schedules, sending the alerts you choose, keeping accounts secure, preventing abuse, and supporting your group. Each group's data is kept separate from every other group.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and run Akkadyn for us (for example cloud hosting, database, and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and authorities only when the law requires it. We don't sell or rent personal information.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored scrambled, two-step sign-in is available, and nightly encrypted backups are kept for 30 days. We keep account data while your group uses Akkadyn and delete or return it on request after the group closes, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can update your name, contact details, and notification settings in the app. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your group's owner or us using the details below.
